Oats are among the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Naturally high in protein and packed with healthy fatty acids, oats have benefits for your heart and your gut.
They’re great for your digestive health. And full of a unique fiber that nourishes and restores good gut bacteria. Oats are a vital source of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants your body needs to tick, and improve your overall immune health.
Why sprouted oats, you ask? Well, the sprouting process breaks down the antinutrients in whole grains. This increases the bioavailability of vitamins and minerals, so your body can absorb them – making sprouted whole grains more nutritious and easier to digest.
Folate. Fiber. Vitamin C. Zinc, magnesium, and B vitamin levels – all are higher in sprouted, rather than traditional, grains.
Oats contain manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, and folate. Plus a range of vitamins, including B1 (thiamin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine) and B3 (niacin).

An energy-dense, plant-based protein source, natural peanut butter is loaded with vitamin E, magnesium, iron, selenium and vitamin B6.
It’s a seriously super superfood. It contains all 20 amino acids – including arginine, which is important for heart health. And, despite its sweetness, organic peanut butter is low on the glycemic index scale – so it won’t play havoc with your blood sugar levels.
Dense in calories and high in flavor, a little peanut butter goes a long way – for your next trek, and for your tastebuds. Rich in protein, minerals and healthy fats, it’ll help you stave off hunger. And, because it's capable of slowing your body’s absorption of carbohydrates, it’ll help you wake up feeling rested.
Peanut butter is also an excellent source of copper – an important mineral for maintaining your blood vessels, looking after your bone health, and boosting your immune function.
Peanut butter contains vitamin E and B6, as well as magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, niacin, iron, selenium and zinc.

Better bone strength, boosted mental health, and faster muscle recovery. More energy; less fatigue; healthier skin and hair; improved lung, brain and heart function. And they taste amazing, too!
So, why organic? Organic blueberries have a higher nutritional value than their non-organic counterparts – and, by and large, they’re the safer option. Plus, organic blueberries grow in greenhouses and outdoor fields – and farmers use only natural fertilizers.

Raw wildflower honey, which comes from organic blossoms and wild honeybees, comes with remarkable health benefits. It can reduce symptoms of allergies, improve digestion, and elevate your body’s levels of antioxidants.
Of course, it’s also brilliant for the self-confessed ‘sweet tooths’ out there. Far healthier than table sugar, honey lays claim to antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. It also provides you with a concentrated, much-needed source of carbohydrates and sugars. Plus minerals to stimulate your metabolism – and give your body the energy boost it craves.
Full of proteins, sugars and other active ingredients, wildflower honey can reduce the appearance of wrinkles, improve skin tone, and reduce inflammation. Wildflower honey aids digestion, balances your bacterial levels, and improves your body’s efficiency at absorbing nutrients. Meanwhile, the antioxidants it contains protect your internal organs from oxidative stress – and neutralize the impact of free radicals.
As for the ‘wildflower’ part, that simply means the honey comes from honey bees, and flowers, found in the wild. Because of this, wildflower honey’s taste, aroma and flavor differ from season to season – depending on which flowers are dominant when the nectar is collected. Better still, wildflower itself contains a world of crucial minerals and vitamins.
Local wildflower honey contains vitamins A, B complex, C and E. As well as iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, copper and phosphorus.

Cherries aren’t just easy on the eye – their rich, resplendent red color comes from the anthocyanins they’re packed with, which are linked to better brain health, thinking, memory and proper nervous system functioning.
As for your body, cherries decrease oxidative stress and inflammation: helping to relieve exercise-induced muscle soreness, boost strength, and even alleviate high blood pressure and arthritis. Cherries can better your vision – sustaining your eye health, and maintaining proper ocular pressure. As well as powering up your immune system, and improving your digestion.
Rich in anti-aging properties and antioxidants – including carotenoids and flavonoids – cherries protect against the wanton damage free radicals cause.
Boosting immunity, and preventing illnesses – as well as bacterial, viral and fungal infections. And, because cherries are high in nutrients, but low in calories, you can enjoy them guilt-free. While resting easily, knowing every bite is packed with nutrients and brilliant bioactive food components: including fiber, polyphenols, vitamin C and potassium.
Organic cherries contain fiber, minerals, nutrients, and vitamins C, A and K. They’re also packed with potassium, magnesium, calcium, choline, and beta-carotene – an antioxidant.

Is there anything apricots can’t do? On top of boosting heart health, reducing cholesterol levels, and aiding in weight loss, this vitamin-rich superfruit boosts bone strength, maintains your body’s electrolyte levels – and even stops your vision from deteriorating.
Flush with fiber, apricots improve digestion, while giving your metabolism a boost. And help your body combat an army of ailments: including constipation, earaches, fever, skin diseases and anemia. We only use organic apricots, of course. Because the fruit’s thinner skin leaves it more open to absorbing pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides, opting for organic is the only way.
Apricots contain a high amount of flavonoids and potassium. The former works to protect and strengthen your blood vessels while reducing inflammation. The latter is a vital mineral for nerve and muscle function. Potassium supports optimal blood pressure and heart health – and plays an important role in helping nutrients move around the body.
Organic apricots’ vitamin credentials read like a ‘who’s who’ of health. There are antioxidants, such as vitamin E, vitamin C, and beta carotene, which protect your skin cells from UV radiation – reducing signs of early wrinkles, and improving skin elasticity. Then, there’s lutein to support retina and lens health. And carotenoids and vitamin E to support overall vision. Plus, apricots have a high-water content – as part of a balanced diet, they’ll help hydrate and nourish your skin.
Organic apricots contain vitamins A, C, K and E, as well as niacin, beta-carotene, flavonoids, potassium and fiber.

One of the more easily digested plant-based proteins, pea protein can help you build muscle, lose weight, and keep your cardiovascular health ticking over. An excellent source of iron, pea protein also contains all nine essential amino acids – with reduced cholesterol levels, improved digestive functioning, and lower blood pressure among its wealth of health benefits.
Pea protein also contains an abundance of nutrients to support brain function. It can help your brain make a range of crucial chemicals, including neurotransmitters – vital for nerve communication – and hormones that regulate brain activity. All while playing a key role in the growth and repair of your body’s cells.
Plus, peas come loaded with good stuff – including manganese, dietary fiber, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid. Anti-inflammatory and souped up with antioxidants, pea protein is allergen free – so you can snack away with ultimate peace of mind. Taste-wise, pea protein ticks all the boxes too – with a naturally nutty and sweet flavor, and a fluffier, less chalky texture than most other protein powders out there.
Pea protein contains protein, iron, phosphorus, zinc, copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, fiber, calcium, molybdenum, selenium, chromium and vitamin D.
